One of our trainers will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a free 30-minute video or phone consultation.

Start Training

Your trainer arrives at your door with all the equipment needed. All you need is a 3m x 3m space and the commitment to show up.

 

We handle everything else

Frequently Asked Questions

How much space do I need for a session?

A clear area of approximately 3m × 3m is ideal, though many sessions can be adapted to smaller spaces. A living room, garden, or local park all work well. We will discuss your space during the free consultation.

Do I need to provide any equipment?

No. Your trainer brings everything — dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, mats, and any other equipment needed for your programme. You do not need to own a single piece of kit.

What areas do you cover?

We currently serve clients across Hackney, Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Newham, and the surrounding areas of East London and Essex. If you are unsure whether we cover your postcode, get in touch and we will confirm.

How does the monthly package work?

Sessions are booked and paid for on a monthly basis. You and your trainer agree on a regular weekly slot that works for your schedule. Full terms and conditions are discussed during your free consultation.

Are all trainers qualified and DBS checked?

Yes. Every trainer on our team holds a recognised Level 3 Personal Training qualification and has passed a full DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. Your safety and peace of mind are our priority.

What is the free consultation?

It is a free 30-minute video or phone call with one of our trainers. We use it to understand your goals, fitness history, schedule, and any injuries or limitations. There is no obligation to book after the call.
